Balancing the Feminine and Masculine Energies for Transformation

In a Patriarchal culture, it is not only men that shift out of balance. Everyone does. Today, many of the women among you have dominant male energies, and are needing to reconnect with the Inner Female energies. This has been the result of Feminism in your culture, which, "liberated" women and allowed them to develop their potential in ways never before experienced. But it has also lead to many of them becoming too masculine. Also, as a result of Feminism, many men in your western cultures have sought to reconnect with their Inner Feminine energies, ironically becoming too feminine and passive. And so we have a new "out of balance" situation, where women are often too masculine and men are too feminine.

So - the key to finding balance for every individual is to balance the Inner male and Female energies, in order to create a new template for the Collective Consciousness, one that will replace the older one. Each of you needs to be connected to the inner Male energy. It is the energy of the Spiritual Warrior and Leader within you. This is the Solar energy. It is radiant, strong, confident, warm and assertive. It is the energy of "doing". It tells you when you need to assert yourself, it gives you confidence and helps you to get things done in the material world. It is outward flowing and active.

The Feminine energy is the Lunar energy. It is soft, receptive, gentle, loving and unconditional, but also very powerful. It is the energy of being. It is inward flowing and passive (as in peaceful). It allows you to be with yourself and with others in non-judgemental ways. It is the place where creative ideas are conceived and birthed and then passed to the masculine so that they may become real in the world.

In a balanced individual, there is a balanced flow between being and doing, active and passive, masculine and feminine. And this inner balance is reflected in the outer or external world in the creation of relationships between beings who are equally balanced in themselves and so can create and maintain relationships that are balanced and loving.

A balanced relationship being one where neither partner dominates the other, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and or sexually.

New Earth Relationships

New Earth relationships will be so different to the relationships you now have. They will be gentler and more playful and yet wise. There will be less intensity and drama, and more caring, nurturing and companionship. You will come to realise that the purpose of relationship, all relationship, is to "relate" - to share and to support and to nuture from your own sense of abundance and completeness.

You will look for relationships that are spiritual and heart-based, rather then physical and emotional. In the Old Earth relationship paradigm, relationships were based on physical atrraction and emotional bonding. In the New earth, your relationships will be based in the heart, in feelings, compassion, connection and mutual respect and support. We forsee many relationships growing between people of different age groups and different cultures, relationships that will be deep and meaningful, and yet would not have seemed possible before because of the narrow limitations of what you considered a relationship to be in your Old Earth energy framework.

These relationships will be light and joyous, and yet capable of real depth and intimacy because the people concerned will be more interested in the connections of the soul rather than the connections of the external and the physical realms.

There will be sharing and caring, and yet both partners will be independent and self-reliant within themselves. There can be no co-dependency in the New Earth. Balance is so important. These relationships will be balanced and loving, between two equally powerful and caring persons. There will be no dominance, no victims, no dramas and no abuse.

There will be commitment - commitment to the relationship and the mutual growth of each of the partners within the relationship. And this will be true for all relationships, not just love or romantic relationships. Friendships will become deeper and more meaningful experiences, as you understand that you have soul families, and that your friends often are close soul relations who are here to love and support you in your work on the planet. And when your relationships exist in this loving and balanced state, then your sexuality will also be loving and balanced. And, once again humans will learn to celebrate and enjoy their creative and sexual energies in ways that are life-enhancing and ecstatic. And we are here to work with you and love you and support you as you move into this loving and love-filled space.

Sacred Flames and Tantric Union

God is asking for the return in consciousness of Sacred Flames. Those Beings called to this reunion will be of a certain level of consciousness who have agreed on some level to restore the cosmic DNA patterns-- the original divine blueprints of the immaculate concept-- and anchor it in this dimension. The birth of the Real Sacred Flame energies on Earth is the most important, most critical ingredient to the transformation of this world, for they are on the leading edge of returning the Divine consciousness to the individual soul.

Sacred Flames are the lock and the key that together open the way to humanity's transformation and transcendence beyond the ego. The moment of conscious joining (on any level of consciousness) turns the key in the lock. The moment you Connect, whether together physically or in higher consciousness, you are eligible for direct delivery of Pure Light. 1) To awaken humanity,
2) To use this conscious Union to assist in transmuting the energy forms on this dimension within the agreed upon time frame and
3) To return this Earth to its true reality of rich, verdant life and beauty, to abundance and ecstasy in perfect pattern and form.

Until the heart is open there is no access to the Sacred Flame. As your heart becomes centered in love, vibrating in Love, that Love will (must) manifest before you.

~Tantric Union~

As the feminine energies heat up in LoveMaking, opening wider in preparation to receive the masculine energies, so too does every cell in the body, once heated by Love, open up in preparation to receive electrons from their beloved into the actual cells themselves, thus becoming impregnated with new life . When fusion takes place as the electrons collide in the heart of the atom, a connection is made to the ONGOING MOMENT OF CREATION (the Big Bang). This is literally a Star Gate. This is also the Moment of Creation in the heart womb between you and your beloved.

As every chakra (energy center) exchanges atoms, as well as your cells, you will experience ecstasy beyond your wildest imaginings… a million times more than anything your little mind has created through the sexual union you now experience, for you will recognize these waves of ecstasy~~~~~~~~~~~~. You are connected to the Cosmic Orgasm.

Every electron, whose job it is to deliver Light (love in motion), is returned to the ultimate source, refilled with the purest Light, and returned to the womb of your creation to be sent forth to create whatever you hold in the THOUGHT mold within this womb between you.

Since whatever you see from the position of this Union at this moment is what you will create, this requires discipline of both thought and feeling. Once connected with your beloved Sacred Flame through the heart field, you become a Creation Machine. Inherent in the choice and agreement to join as Sacred Flame energies in Sacred Sexuality is the discipline, humility and awareness that go with it.

~SACRED SEXUALITY: ENTERING A SACRED SEXUAL UNION~


The primal forces of creation are present at every single level of life and are, in fact, sexual in nature. Every galaxy, planet, star and life-form in existence from the macrocosm to the microcosm is born of sexual union; the interaction and fusion of the two primal energies – the Divine Feminine (negative polarity) and the Divine Masculine (positive polarity).

Every cell in your body is a hologram of you. You are a hologram of God. (In a hologram, there is no end, and God is absolutely present in every part of creation.) Therefore, every single cell in your body is a sexual, conscious being, not just a few cells located in the area of your genitalia. The purpose of Sacred Sexuality is to consciously create More Love with the full spectrum of your available energy in exchange with the energy of your complementary pattern – your Sacred Flame. Approach this union with the deepest reverence and gratitude.

First, and always, invoke the presence of God and surrender your Will to God's higher Will, intending that your LoveMaking include God's pure love, direction, and protection. Seal your creation in light to protect it as your bring it forth into manifestation.

Next, make a choice to move from the ego into your heart, for you cannot connect in ego. Discern if, at the level of your being, you are female or male energy and fully accept and embody either the energy of the Divine Mother or the Divine Father light.

Connect with your beloved on whatever level you can make contact. It can be an intuitive sense or even just an affirmation of your surety that your Sacred Flame is with you.
Join your hearts (the critical step! Do not ever leave it out or you may end up creating "anti-love" energy.)Unite your chakras, including those above and below your body, creating a double helix of energy movement.

If you are together physically, begin awakening the very cells of your beloved's body by pouring love from your heart through your touch. **If you are with them only in thought, imagine this activity. Excite the electrons within each cell with the heat of this love, gently, tenderly caressing your beloved.

Pour forth this love so completely, opening each of your own cells to your beloved. This love must be real and generated from the heart. It cannot be distorted by selfishness or any lower energy. Notice how much space is between the cells as the light of your atoms literally exchanges place with that of your lover, uniting you as one.

*Expand this heat, exciting the electrons, and maintain it for as long as possible while pouring your love ceaselessly to your beloved in great waves of ecstasy. The more love you give, the more light is released, and the more flows through your own system as it is drawn from higher dimensions. With a continual prayer of gratitude, choose complete union beyond any and all ego and you will truly call the electrons into a state where your beings will knit together through the energy centers of the chakras in a pattern of energy that is so powerful that it is equivalent to the atom bomb.;)

Visualize a Womb of Creation between your two hearts. Your Double Helix intersects there, uniting you as One. Meditate together, allowing the full receptivity to make your Womb of Creation fertile and ready to receive life. Join with Divine Mother.

*Envision your desired creation and ensure that your intended creation is for the higher good of all.

Now, plant the seed. Speak aloud what you are planting. Connect with the Source, the penetrating light, knowing it is this light that has the power of planting the seed.

Feed your creation, by each fully allowing your femaleness or maleness to become an open channel for the Divine Female or Divine Male. Be sure that the energy pouring from you into your Womb of Creation is coming from Source, from the highest level of female or male, from the point where these energies move forth from God into Creation.
In this world of density, it requires dynamic feeling to move the energy. Keep your feelings UP. It will not suffice to simply be peaceful and serene with thoughts centered on God. It will not suffice to simply open your heart. The feelings of love and ecstasy must expand until they reach the point of critical mass.

Bring your creation to the physical plane by taking time to visualize your creation as clearly as possible as it will appear in the world. Feel it. Experience it. If you have difficulty doing this, describe verbally exactly what it will feel like, look like, and how you will experience it.

Then, together, visualize your throat chakras joined together, as part of that Double Helix that is your Sacred Flame energy. Then, in unison, say, "It is created. It is now done.".) You can also add any other powerful and definitive words of affirmation.

If you are physically with your beloved, when you do move your LoveMaking to the act of intercourse, seek to climax together and visualize this New Brilliant Dancing Light of Love in your joint heart blasting out in all directions to bathe the entire planet.

The Yoga of *Light

In the late sixties and early seventies the winds of change blew across America, deeply affecting my generation. The women’s movement with it’s focus upon equality, the anti-war movement with its focus on peace and harmony, and the psychedelic movement with its mind expanding concepts and openness to Eastern philosophy all had their impact upon my spirit. As a young modern dancer, choreographer and spiritual seeker I was drawn to the ancient disciple of Hatha Yoga as expressed through the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. For not only was this form a wonderful system of training for the physical body, but included powerful techniques for working with the mind as well.

My spirit enlivened by this work, I began to look deeper into the mystic teachings of the Hindu and Tibetan traditions. As a young woman who was deeply affected by the goals of the feminist movement and the desire for understanding of my true feminine nature, I was particularly fascinated by the Tantric tradition in which women and their enlightened role models the Goddesses were respected and revered.

In pursuit of this knowledge, under the auspices of a number of professional fellowships I had the privilege of traveling to India to live with my guruji, Sitara Devi, an extraordinary North Indian Kathak dancer and Tantric adept. It was at this time that I was directly introduced to the fundamental teachings of the feminine-based Yoga of Light as they had been handed down through her ancient lineage. During this fertile period, I also began my studies with Tibetan master Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. I was thrilled to discover that essential yogic teachings on this ancient path of illumination and integration formed the foundation of the Tibetan Tantric and Dzogchen traditions as well. Based upon my knowledge and experience of these Eastern traditions, in the ensuing years I have consistently sought out other remnants of these powerful teachings on the way of light that exist within the mystic traditions of ancient Egypt, Kabbalah and Gnosticism.

What you may ask is the Yoga of Light? The Yoga of Light is an ancient science and spiritual practice of physical and spiritual purification and transformation. It teaches us how to perceive and regulate the radiant light and energy of divinity through our physical and luminous energy bodies. Its ultimate goal is the reunion with our divine essence and the transmutation of the very substance of our being back into its true nature as light. The alchemists of ancient Egypt and Medieval Europe and the yogis and yoginis of India and Tibet spent their lives in pursuit of this sacred endeavor. The Egyptians even believed that through this practice, it was possible for a human being to realize their immortal body of light and become a star in the heavens. The Zohar, a primary text of the Hebrew Kabbalistic tradition speaks of this very same transformative process. " The enlightened shall shine like the radiance (zohar) of the sky, and those who lead multitudes to righteousness, like the stars forever".

Evidence of the attainment of this light body can also be found in the Dzogchen and Tantric traditions of Tibet. Throughout Tibetan lore, we find stories of the manifestation of what is referred to as the luminous rainbow body by highly developed adepts and practitioners. Through the vehicle of their devotion and practice, they are able to totally purify and exhaust their karma, enter into the essence of the five elements, which is light, transform their body into radiant energy, and vanish like a rainbow in the sky.

According to Tibetan master Namkai Norbu Rinpoche, once this transformation has taken place, the cycle of reincarnation is complete and one can choose to reappear in a luminous form in order to help and teach sentient beings. The great Tibetan master Padmasambhava, his female consorts Princesses Mandarava and Yeshe Tsogyel along with numerous Tibetan yogis and yoginis are believed to have realized this enlightened state. In fact, there have been eyewitness accounts of the miraculous achievement of the rainbow body as recently as ten years ago by a simple, unassuming Rinpoche named Acho Rinpoche in Tibet.

Throughout European lore there are legends from the alchemical tradition that tell us of men and women who have also achieved this extraordinary transformation that was once the ultimate goal for all human beings. In the Christian tradition, the magical transmutation of Christ into a shining body of glory may very well be a manifestation of this very same process. Further evidence of this extraordinary achievement can be seen in the religious art of cultures the world over. Flying on golden wings of light, their heads encircled by glistening halos, sitting amidst shining spheres or standing in a glowing cocoon of light, the images of Gods, Goddesses, Saints, Boddhisattvas, Kachinas and Star people offer us symbolic visions of the fully illuminated being.

At the secret heart of the Tantric tradition, encoded in the arts of temple dance, music and ritual, hidden within the alchemical and mystic teachings of Kabbalah, one can discover the essence of this great tradition of light body yoga. Essential to the understanding of this yogic form is awareness of the Divine Feminine as the primordial creative light and energy of divinity. As Shakti of the Tantric tradition she is described as "the animating and nourishing force of life itself," the "voice, light and energy of divinity that exists in every thing and every being." And as Shekhinah of the Hebrew Kabbalistic tradition, she is described as "the principle light and essence of this world", "the woman of light in whose mystery are rooted all females of the earth".

In the Tantric tradition this sacred spiritual current of the Divine Feminine is also known as the Kundalini Shakti, and is symbolized by a serpent that sits at the base of the human spine. Through meditation, visualization, mudra, mantra and other yogic exercises this mystic Kundalini energy of the Goddess is aroused and directed upwards through the body, permeating and opening our seven subtle chakras, the energy centers that lie along our spinal cords. Through this powerful process, the practitioner is aligned with her/his divine essence, the inner fire is ignited, the mystic eye is opened and she or he begins to see the flowing currents of light and energy that create, envelop and connect all living things.

Since possessing a clear perception of the luminous energy field is a fundamental starting point for this yogic form, let us take a look at the physics of the female and male energy fields.

The female energy field can be pictured as a river of luminous light flowing up from mother earth, from the heart of Mother Nature herself, through the central channel and chakras of her body. When it reaches the top of her head or crown chakra depicted in Tantric iconography as a thousand-petaled lotus, it rises up and cascades downwards, showering around her body with streams of liquid light to begin its upward ascent.

In men this vital and radiant energy flows in the opposite direction. The light flows down from the heavenly realms through the top of his head, suffusing his spinal column and chakras, exiting from the base of his spine to rise and expand upward and encircle the body until it reaches the top of his head and begins its descent again.

This flow of luminous energy creates a donut or egg-shaped pattern around the body known to physicists as the hyper dimensional torus. This toroidal pattern can clearly be seen in many paintings of Christ and the Virgin Mary, as well as those of the Hindu and Tibetan deities.

Since the natural flow of the woman’s subtle energy is upward towards spirit, in this ancient yogic tradition of light, many rituals existed in which women were spiritual guides assuming the role of teacher and initiatrix into sexual and spiritual mysteries.

After years of rigorous physical, artistic, intellectual and spiritual training in this powerful yogic form, designed to align women with the enlightened qualities and energies of the Goddess, they would perform this vital initiatory role. Opening themselves to their divine feminine essence, they would transform into the Goddess and assist male devotees in awakening to higher consciousness. Through the vehicle of their sacred union, which mirrored the union of Shiva and Shakti, men would gain a direct visceral experience of the upward flow of their Kundalini Shakti.

There exists in the literature numerous legends and stories of the lives of renowned male sages and yogis who were sent specifically to the temples or sacred caves to receive the powerful inner and secret initiations from female gurus. These legends speak of the testing period, which the male had to go through in order to prove his sincerity and devotion. In many instances he was requested to perform and accomplish tasks, which would convince her of his enthusiasm, determination and suitability to receive her teachings. He was told that .his mind must never sway from the burning desire to achieve liberation and he must one-pointedly purify his body and mind to prepare himself for and then request initiation into the secret experientially based knowledge. Only then, after an initial period of testing would he be accepted into her inner sanctum and receive the sublime teachings unique to the path of the Kundalini Shakti.

In the mystic teachings of the Kabbalistic tradition we can see this same principle at work. In this tradition, it is the wife as the living representative of the Shekhinah who carries the power to shape the spiritual foundation of the home from a place of profound vision. Therefore, it is said that she is the one who enlightens the eyes of her husband. Every Friday night, as she lights the Shabbat candles, the woman calls on the spirit of the Shekhina or divine feminine principle to come and dwell within their home. During the course of this magical night, the woman and man are required to perform the sacred act of sexual union, thus replicating in human form the ultimate goal of their spiritual practice — the mystic union of the Blessed Holy One and his Shekhinah.

So many of us caught up in the stresses and strains of our contemporary society long for a path in which we can more fully experience the beauty and richness of life — a path of love, harmony, balance and union. Pouring forth from the sacred heart of mystic traditions the world over, the teachings and techniques of the Yoga of Light offer us a powerful experientially based method to achieve these heartfelt goals.

Sometimes life plants a thorn in our side and drives it deep. Its persistent annoyance and discomfort makes us nuts as we frantically try to shake loose of this disturbance. But the Divine Irritant is impervious to the willful struggle to escape from its chaffing action that won’t leave us in peace. This plague comes in many forms— through coworkers, employers, friends, spouses, children, or inescapable agitating situations present relentless trials— perhaps through unexpected chaos, obstacles on the path and/or spells of being cornered by life with no respite from botherations that non-negotiably lodge themselves in our experience..

These “pebbles in our shoes” are divinely orchestrated to act as the central dynamic that catalyzes transformation. Just as sand is the necessary irritant that creates the pearl, so too are energies required to abrade the psyche—making the soul raw through friction in a particular area which is ultimately transformed through the heat of energetic tension. I call this maddening process “the alchemical rub”..

MELTDOWN - When we’re up against something that goes against our grain, maybe it’s a sign that our grain needs to change. We assume that these nuisances are random energies, unrelated to our process, that simply need to be rejected. But they are specifically designed with just enough “poison” to ignite an alchemical fire that generates a meltdown of the old self and opens clear conduits for the soul’s gold..

ADJUSTMENT - Times of feeling cursed or jinxed serve the purpose of releasing pent-up frustration. But more importantly, they inevitably shift our position on life because otherwise it becomes too painful. We can’t stay under the cosmic thumb of the alchemical rub without making a fundamental adjustment/ change..

THE GIFT OF CONSCIOUSNESS - We’re all numb to certain aspects of ourselves—anesthetized areas that suffocate the soul. Supposedly numbness is more comfortable and safe than being aware of every nuance of our being. However, we’re divinely mandated to feel everything—to be fully alive. So the Divine Plan turns up the heat by sending besetments that literally scrape away, through irritation, the deadened areas of the psyche and relieve us of the unhappiness that comes from being comatose— bringing the gift of consciousness. Although the alchemical rub seems like a cruel joke from the Universe, it’s actually an act of Love that allows all unhealed wounds that are prematurely scabbed over to be exposed to the Healing Light of the Universe..

POINTS OF VEXATION - I don’t hesitate to yell at Source to lay off whatever hot spots are being targeted by the alchemical rub’s irksome provocations. It’s hard to imagine that any good could be derived from these points of vexation. I’ll do anything to push away senseless aggravations that just bring misery and imbalance. Believing they’re sheer nuisance, I’m not inclined to ask myself what the lesson is or how I can collaborate with this crazy-making process. Like most people I put up a good fight to override the Cosmic Irritant—trying desperately to shake out the troublesome pebble or at least attempt to hobble along without letting it get to me. Inevitably my only option is to yield to its impact and search for the inherent teaching. Unable to pretend that the alchemical rub is simply a random annoyance, I acknowledge that energies have been specifically set into motion to temporarily make me crazed on the road to greater sanity..

DECODING THE PLAN - The alchemical rub fosters evolution by heating up the aspects of ourselves in need of transformation. Like detectives, we have to decode the Divine Plan’s targeted focus on these soul sites of blockage. Our reaction to this process illustrates the congestion, wound and illusion undergoing rigorous cleansing. Situations uncannily arise, repeatedly “rubbing in” a particular pain. What a cruel Universe! But this seemingly inhumane action forces self-examination. Why is this area being inflamed? How are we responding? Is our reaction expressing certain hurts from childhood or past lives? Yes, it seems like the Universe pushes us just a little too far—“rubbing” us too harshly. But the extra pressure from this forced alchemy is exactly what’s required for deep change and healing..

BLOCKAGES - The hot spot created by the alchemical rub actually reflects a buried hot spot in the soul. The chafing action from external irritants mirrors the hidden blockage that we’re unconsciously scraping against thus preventing our life force from flowing freely. The blockage deep inside generates heat from the buildup of pressure in that area. The alchemical rub—an out picturing of this internal festering—brings the blockage up to full awareness through repeated pain/unsettlement in a related external aspect of our life..

CLEARING SOUL OBSTRUCTIONS - This internal hot spot cries for attention. The Universe responds to that call by mandating an alchemical rub to externally draw the internal congestion to the surface which promotes awareness and understanding of the illusions underpinning the soul encumbrance. Although the healing friction creates blisters, we’re able to clear the soul body of all past life impediments. The alchemical heat generated by the external “thorn in our side” that brings the hidden hot spot to a healing boil completely releases soul obstructions..

SURRENDER AND REMEMBER - Believing that we ought to be able to free ourselves of the demands of transformation, when we can’t shake loose of a particular irritant we may ask, “What have I done wrong to deserve this?” Far from being “bad,” the alchemical rub often signals a new level of growth that leads to a place of readiness for the cosmic bombardment that pummels away the next layer of illusions. Yes it hurts to have the Universe scraping away at our most tender areas. We have every right to cry and rage. It helps to surrender and remember the big picture of metamorphosis..

RELIEF - Like a stuck record, we keep coming up against the very sensitive spot we try to protect. The redundancy alone sends us screaming into the night. We’ve all “done time” with a person or situation that is particularly painful. Although we may curse the circumstances, we always emerge stronger, wiser, deepened. Strangely, often once the healing/ learning in the alchemy is completed, suddenly, effortlessly, the situation or person changes or ends/ leaves. When the confining irritation/ discomfort is gone, it’s a sign that the “course requirement” is fulfilled... Whew, what a relief!

What carries us through this intolerable trial? It helps to remember that we’re stronger than we think and that everything in our lives is orchestrated by Divine Love. The alchemical rub builds faith in our spirit’s ability to endure the compression of transformation and emerge into greater glory. Awakening the Divine Feminine

Once upon a time, in the sacred societies and temples of the ancient world, women were respected and revered as the living embodiment of their divine role model, the Great Goddess. Their bodies were seen as sacred alchemical vessels of creation and transformation, as radiant temples of Divinity filled with the vital healing and transformative current of light and energy that ceaselessly pours outward from the Primordial Source of all life. Deeply in tune with the inner world of spirit and the outer forces of nature, women were known as the "Keepers of the Sacred Mysteries."

Working together side by side, day after day, constantly sharing their insights and observations, their dreams and visions, throughout the centuries, women developed a highly sophisticated body of knowledge. An essential part of this knowledge was learning to perceive and maintain the psychic-energetic-emotiona

l landscape of society, the subtle realm of energy, emotion, vibration, and sensation that is recognized by healers and mystics as penetrating all reality, linking the spiritual planes with the material. In their crucial roles as the mothers, caretakers, visionaries, and peacekeepers, these wise and loving women knew that it was their fundamental task to maintain harmony and balance within their community and the larger world. Knowing that every thought, every action had a profound impact upon not only their own lives and those of their men and children, but on the very fabric of life itself, as teachers, guides, healers, mediators, consorts, and initiators into the sacred mysteries of birth, death, sexuality and spiritual transformation, they transmitted the light and power that sustained all of civilization.

Over the centuries, through trial and error, insight and intuition, teachings and practices were developed that trained young women to focus and enhance their innate perceptive abilities so that they could maintain this psychic-energetic-emotiona l balance. Passed along through oral tradition from mother to daughter, grandmother to granddaughter, teacher to student, these were symbolic teachings that transcended the use of words and the written language. These practices taught young women how to work with and refine the powerful energy of emotion, attune themselves to the dimension of dreams, portents and visions, and develop qualities such as fearlessness, commitment, right use of power, contentment, happiness, generosity, humility, patience, serenity, love and compassion.

As an essential part of this training, women learned how to awaken, nurture and enhance the feminine gift of second sense we now call women’s intuition. Special techniques were developed which enabled them to expand their senses to perceive and interpret the signs and symbols conveyed to them during every moment of life. These signs and symbols and their underlying meaning were seen to arise from every aspect of human appearance, such as facial expression, gesture, movement, vocal tone, smell, skin color, and so forth. But the signs also came from the expressions of the world of nature, inner vision, and the land of dreams. Women spent much of their time learning these subtle languages.

In the sacred temples of India, Egypt, Greece, Rome and Sumeria, highly specialized techniques were then developed which enabled them to open the mystic or inner eye to perceive and interact with the fluid currents of divine light and energy that create, envelop and connect all living things. The priestesses who resided in these temples mastered yogic practices that enabled them to purify their bodies and minds and transform into the Great Goddess, the most profound role model that shaped and preserved culture and society. Essentially, they would become living symbols of Divinity, Goddesses in the flesh. As the earthly personification of the Goddess, through sacred rituals that included many levels of artistic expression such as song, dance, rhythm, gesture, and storytelling, they displayed her divine qualities for their students, communities, and devotees. In this way, they not only provided a glimpse of the celestial realms, but also an archetype for a more enlightened approach to being human.

As modern day women, who too often find ourselves caught up in the secular, patriarchal mindset, which has been the signature of our society since the time of the Inquisition and destruction of our sacred women’s mysteries, for many of us the image of the Great Goddess and her sacred sisterhood is but a fleeting memory. Alienated from each other by the pressures and demands of our growing consumer culture in which success is measured by outward achievements and the amount of material objects one acquires, we have traveled far from the days when we sat together and attuned ourselves to the subtle languages of spirit. With the increasing levels of divisiveness and discord that are becoming part and parcel of life in the modern age, as our global community becomes ensnared by the nets of anger, hatred and war, it time for us women to awaken and once again find our true voices. Like the priestesses and wise women of old, let us once again open ourselves to our true calling and take responsibility for our individual and collective roles in creating and shaping the psychic/energetic landscape of our world. Let us work together to discover a means of bringing balance and harmony to our fragile planet.

As we begin this process, let us look to the teachings of the ancient sacred sisterhood. Let us sit together once again as conscious, caring women and dialogue about our feelings, dreams and visions for the future. Let us travel once again into the feminine domain of feeling and emotion, seek out and release our worn out patterns of thought, expression and action and discover the essential light of spirit that resides deep within our hearts- the potent healing current of the Great Mother Goddess.

The powerful female deities—such as Kali and Durga of India, Sekhmet of Egypt, Athena of Greece, and Simhamukha of Tibet — teach us the true nature of power. In their myths and stories, they demonstrate that real power is not about control, repression, and domination; it is about flexibility and clarity in the midst of chaos. It is the ability to relax in the face of danger, so that we can perceive the situation and take appropriate action. Possessing the fierce and fiery forces of Mother Nature herself, these wild and fiery goddesses are role models of right and appropriate action, who function from a centered and integrated space of wisdom and clarity, the images of these powerful goddesses inspire us to recognize that true feminine power lies not in anger and destruction but in knowledge, understanding and transformation. As we work with their invigorating, transformative energy, the negative passions such as anger, greed, jealousy, fear and so forth are transmuted into the enlightened qualities of clarity, self-confidence, divine pride, determination and fearlessness. The veils of the dark emotions are lifted as we once again align ourselves with the sacred current of truth.

The joyful Goddesses – such as Lakshmi of India, Aphrodite of Greece, Hathor of Egypt, Oshun of Africa, and Mandarava of Tibet- teach us the truly sacred nature of sensuality. . Throughout their myths and stories, we encounter a basic awareness of and respect for the beauty and majesty of the female body as a receptacle of and transmitter for divine energy. In the temples dedicated to these Goddesses, the priestesses, as teachers of the sacred sexual mysteries came to understand both the fundamental nature of sexual energy and great potential for spiritual awakening and realization inherent in the art of sexual union. In preparing for their exacting role as initiators into these mysteries, they developed intimate knowledge of every nuance of sensuous expression, transforming the negative emotions of lust, craving and possessiveness into enlightened qualities of discernment, mystery, contentment and ecstatic abandon. Through the process of aligning ourselves with their rich nurturing energy, we can once again become impregnated with the fertile light of spirit and experience the essential sweetness, subtlety, receptivity, and refinement that lie at the heart of true feminine bliss.

The peaceful Goddesses – such as Isis of Egypt, Tara of Tibet, Saraswati of India, Kuan Yin of China and Yemaya of Africa –teach us how to look inward and discover that fundamental light of Divinity that lies deep within the hearts of each and every one of us. In their myths and stories, they demonstrate how to open our eyes and hearts to the perpetual current of truth and beauty that flows through our world and how to lift the dark veils that obscure this pure vision so that we can fully encounter the most profound and transformative experience that any human being can know, that of pure, selfless, all-embracing love. Constantly looking within to encounter and purify their every thought and action, whether sitting together in silent contemplation or moving through the great temples of healing, wherever they went, the atmosphere was suffused with light and grace. For these loving and compassionate women, were so in touch with their own divine nature that they could transmit the essence of this grace with a look, a gesture or a touch.

Living Like Water

The journey of water as it flows upon the earth can be a mirror of our own paths through life. Water begins its residence on earth as it falls from the sky or melts from ice and streams down a mountain into a tributary or stream. In the same way, we come into the world and begin our lives on earth. Like a river that flows within the confines of its banks, we are born with certain defining characteristics that govern our identity. We are born in a specific time and place, within a specific family, and with certain gifts and challenges. Within these parameters, we move through life, encountering many twists, turns, and obstacles along the way just as a river flows.

Water is a great teacher that shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility. When a river breaks at a waterfall, it gains energy and moves on, as we encounter our own waterfalls, we may fall hard but we always keep moving on. Water can inspire us to not become rigid with fear or cling to what’s familiar. Water is brave and does not waste time clinging to its past, but flows onward without looking back. At the same time, when there is a hole to be filled, water does not run away from it in fear of the dark; instead, water humbly and bravely fills the empty space. In the same way, we can face the dark moments of our life rather than run away from them.

Eventually, a river will empty into the sea. Water does not hold back from joining with a larger body, nor does it fear a loss of identity or control. It gracefully and humbly tumbles into the vastness by contributing its energy and merging without resistance. Each time we move beyond our individual egos to become part of something bigger, we can try our best to follow the river.

The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies

What Are The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies?

These original sound frequencies were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants, such as the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses. These powerful frequencies were rediscovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo as described in the book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. I give honor to both of these gentleman for the part they've played in helping return these lost frequencies back to humanity.

The Six Solfeggio Frequencies include:

For example, the third note, frequency 528, relates to the note MI on the scale and derives from the phrase "MI-ra gestorum" in Latin meaning "miracle." Stunningly, this is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA the genetic blueprint upon which life is based!

A Little History

At the turn of the century the awareness of DNA entered the collective consciousness of the world. We have incarnated into this human experience as divine beings with a blueprint, a set of instructions. We know that a very small percentage (3%) of those instructions make up our physiology.

Carl Sagan writes that most of our genetic information (about 97%) is unused DNA. He refers to this as "genetic gibberish." Is it possible that most of who we are still lies dormant as our human potential?

In the old paradigm of religion, "potential" remained a mystery to the human mind, therefore we coined a mystical term called "SPIRIT." "Spirit" was something that was detached from who we were, something we didn't have and could only be gained through the systems of most religions.

The old paradigm and its premise stated that we began as biology in the womb of our mothers. Telliard deChardin tells us that we are not a human being trying to attain a spiritual experience, but, rather, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. This shift in perception causes a tremendous difference in the way we perceive ourselves in this third/fourth time-space continuum.

Being a student of "A Course In Miracles" in the late 80's, I was faced with a dichotomy in the idea that we are not a body. I never understood this statement fully until I read a quotation by Albert Einstein which stated: "Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter." I believe what is being stated is that at the deepest level we are not separate, as a body, as a spirit, as a soul we are just energy-beings. This is the level of consciousness being opened to us from which a new paradigm is emerging for the purpose of healing all separation. The popular term, "The Divine, is in me"- makes "me" separate from the Divine. May I suggest a shift in the saying to: "The Divine, AS me" to remove the separation.

As we move from genetics and concepts like Soul, "Soul Mates" and "Soul work," we move beyond physical diagnosis, into a new field of quantum physics. In this new field, where consciousness is seen as a unified field where everything is everything else, (T.O.E. Theory - The Theory of Everything) there are no boundaries. There is no "this" or "that;" no you or me. It is a pure field of awareness consciousness. I solved the dichotomy about "we are not our body" by changing my perception of genetics to energetics - realizing that we are not meant to ignore our physiology, but recognize the body as energy, vibrating at a very dense frequency.

Repairing DNA

I was first introduced to DNA in 1988 when I was going through a transitional period, during which I felt that I had come to the end of everything that I believed. A tape was given to me of a gentleman speaking in an accent, (which I thought at the time, was rather boring), and I didn't understand what he was talking about. Then all of a sudden, as I was ready to turn it off, he said: "Quantum physics has found that there is no empty space in the human cell, but it is a teeming, electric-magnetic field of possibility or potential." That's all he said! But whatever frequency was contained in those words, RESONATED something inside the CORE of my BEING and I had a KNOWING in me that the NOTHING I thought I was looking at was the EVERYTHING. Much like in Zen, and the idea of becoming "as an empty bowl." Eastern Religions (including the Bible) refer to it as the VOID The Nothing that is EVERYTHING The Womb of Creation. I knew that I was experiencing a re-birth! The person on that tape was Dr. Deepak Chopra.

I had never heard of Deepak Chopra in 1988, as he was just coming on the scene about that time. I credit him for a very important transition in my life, just from the statement he made on that tape. Today, in retrospect, I would call my response to that statement a "cellular memory experience." We know that intelligence is stored within the cells of the body, and when the right resonance comes and releases that information to become inherent information or inherent KNOWLEDGE that comes from the true Self. That is why so many of us seem to jump form one stimuli to another looking for what will resonate in us.

The work being done today with energy at the cellular level really excites me, since I had been very interested in DNA before it became a household word. In fact, I think it took me two years just to learn how to pronounce it (deoxyribonucleic acid did not roll off my tongue quickly). But, I was determined to understand this tremendously powerful energetic blueprint for life, as we know it, at the cellular level on this planet. DNA became a part of the collective consciousness when CNN produced a special on the Genome Project in 2000.

As I pursued my passion for the study of DNA, I attended a workshop by Dr. Robert Girard from California on DNA Activation. His work focused on using certain sounds and frequencies to activate DNA and I started doing DNA Activation workshops. Through those workshops, an article was given to me that reported how biochemists are using the frequency 528Hz to repair human DNA. The article stated that it was a "C." When I read that I thought, "All I would need to do is go to a piano or other instrument and play a "C" and then, in the DNA workshops we would be able to repair DNA."

Well, it wasn't that simple, because I discovered that the regular "C" that we all know of in this culture (which is from the diatonic scale of do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do) was not the 528 Hz frequency "C", as described in the article. Instead, I discovered that a regular "C" vibrates to a frequency of only 512 Hz, and that the "C" of 528 Hz used in DNA repair had been a part of an ancient scale called the Solfeggio Scale. Moreover, the difference in the scales existed because of different tuning methods that were utilized in ancient times, vs. those in general use today. Later, we will explore that difference between how we create music today vs. how we used to create it, and how that simple change has made all of the difference in the world.

How I found out about the Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies

I found this ancient scale to be part of a 6-tone scale sequence of electro-magnetic frequencies called the Original Solfeggio Scale through the book "The Healing Codes of Biological Apocalypse" by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. These particular frequencies were rediscovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo, who received them in a wonderful experience that some would suggest was mystical. These frequencies are not something new, but they are something very old.

I shared the information about these frequencies with a musician friend who had a studio in her home. After reviewing the information, she decided that she would like to experiment with these frequencies in the form of meditation music. She was also in touch with Jonathan Goldman (author of the book, "Healing Sounds") and he knew of these frequencies, and was using them in some of his music such as "The Lost Chord" CD. Aryiana requested that he have the tuning forks made for her to research the frequencies. I asked if she could also have a set made for me.

After I received the tuning forks and began talking about them around the country, I noticed that people were resonating with the information about these powerful frequencies. It felt as though something was going on in a much larger picture. We were connecting energetically to this information, and yet I didn't know what I was going to do with the tuning forks. Then people began to ask if I could use the tuning forks on them. From those experiences, and with information I had gathered, a method and technique began to develop. I called the technique SomaEnergetics TM, which is designed to utilize the optimum energy of the Solfeggio frequencies using tuning forks. Soma, meaning "body" in the Greek, combines the wholistic idea of the body as an energy field - SomaEnergetics TM.

When starting these first tunings, the main frequency that I knew the most about was 528 Hz that biochemists are using for DNA repair. I realized that the right side of the body is controlled by the left-brain, and the left side by the right brain and that these correspond with our inner male and female energies. As I took the fork down each side of the body, I could get in touch with the dominate ancestral DNA that comes thru the Mother's side or Father's side of the chromosomes. I would many times get a tremendous imbalance in the sound between the two sides. The purpose of energy work, as many of you know, is to attain balance. For example, if everything is in balance, such as the ph level, the physical body can heal more naturally. It's the same way in our energy bodies. If we can find that energy balance, that equilibrium, where everything aligns or everything comes into synchronization into the rhythm of the dance of life then healing becomes the natural state. It's nothing supernatural, or miraculous. I think a lot of spiritual texts have referred to this idea when they describe, "going home to heaven." Heaven, to me, is the complete synchronization with higher frequencies and vibrations of creation being totally entrained. In other words, being in a state of at-one-ment.

When I would continue to do the technique, the sound would begin to even out between the male and female sides of the body, and the client would indicate they were "feeling" a shift. As that would occur, I was totally amazed, and asked myself, "What is happening here?" Although I've been a speaker of spiritual things for over 40 years, I can't tell you that I've been the most intuitive person in the world. All of a sudden I started having certain feelings about what to do with the forks. I found that at some point in working with the client, I stopped "doing" the tuning forks (being the initiator of the technique), and they started "doing me" seeming to direct the movement of the Forks! After hundreds of tunings and positive testimonies, I have learned to trust the Ancient Solfeggio Scale frequencies in the form of Tuning Forks as a legitimate modality.

Energy and Relationship

Everything is relationship. I remember Dr. Fred Wolf, who is a physicist stating on a tape "Everything is consciousness." He further noted, "When you are observing an object, on some level the object is observing you." As I listened to that statement, I thought it was strange. I then realized that because something doesn't have a human consciousness, as I do, that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's own consciousness. Apparently, observing something changes it on some level that the observer, and the observed are one.

I treat the Solfeggio tuning forks as a conscious "entity." They are energy, they're vibration, they're frequency the client is vibration, frequency and energy I am vibration, frequency and energy. All of that coming together begins to produce a synergetic experience that takes place on many levels. The energy bodies that we focus on using the Solfeggio Frequencies are the physical, the etheric, the mental/emotional, and the astral.

Sound, Vibration and Form

For more than 200 years, researchers have been validating the connections of Sound and Vibrations on physical form. The first to make that connection was German scientist Ernst Chladni, who, in 1787, detailed his research in his book "Discoveries Concerning the Theory of Music." In that pioneering work, he explained ways to make sound waves generate visible structures. He detailed how a violin bow, drawn at a right angle across a flat plate covered with sand, produces patterns and shapes. Today, those patterns and shapes are called Chaldni figures. (Coincidentally, Chaldni died in 1829, the same year as Beethoven. Mozart, a Free Mason, heavily influenced Beethoven about the mathematics of music, and likely influenced Chaldni as well).1

In 1815, Mathematician Nathaniel Bowditch followed up on Chaldi's discoveries. He concluded that the conditions for these designs to arise were because the frequencies, or oscillations per second, were in whole number ratios to each othersuch as 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and so on.2

The study of wave phenomena, the ability of sound to organize and repattern matter, is called Cymatics. According to John Beaulieu, in Music and Sound in the Healing Arts, "Form is the more elusive component of sound. Sound-forms can be seen by subjecting mediums such as sand, water, or clay to a continuous sound vibration." The following pictures taken by Dr. Hans Jenny are sound-forms. They were obtained by placing various mediums on a steel plate with a crystal sound oscillator attached to the bottom. The Oscillator creates a pulse, which vibrates the steel plate. The forms on the plate are examples of sound organizing matter." Jenny also "noticed that when the vowels of ancient languages like Hebrew and Sanskrit were pronounced, the sand took the shape of the written symbols for those vowels. "Modern languages, including English, failed to generate those patterns."

"Space is not empty. It is full, a plenum as opposed to a vacuum, and is the ground for the existence of everything, including ourselves. The universe is not separate from this cosmic sea of energy." David Bohm

Jenny concluded that were examples of cymatic elements everywhere "vibrations, oscillations, pulses, wave motions, pendulum motions, rhythmic courses of events, serial sequences, and their effects and actions" and they effected everything including biological evolution. The evidence convincingly demonstrated that all natural phenomena were ultimately dependent on, if not entirely determined by the frequencies of vibration. He argued that physical healing could be aided or hindered by tones. Different frequencies influenced genes, cells, and various structures in the body, he claimed.

Vibration of Music of the Spheres: "Every cell pulsates, reflects and interacts with acoustic oscillations of the medium. Even the earth and sun vibrate in unison based on a main rhythm of 160 minutes. Each musical note is therefore united to non-audible notes of higher octaves, and each symphony to other symphonies that we do not hear, and although they make our cells oscillate and possibly resonate. Even DNA has it's own melody. The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now recognized by official science."3 In " Molecules of Emotion," by Candice Pert, Ph.D., she writes, " basically, receptors function as scanners (sensing molecules, on a cellular level). They cluster in cellular membranes, waiting for the right ligand (much smaller molecules than receptors), to come dancing along (diffusing) through the fluid surrounding each cell, and mount them binding with them and (tickling ) them to turn them on and get them motivated to vibrate a message into the cell. Binding of the ligand to the receptor is likened to two voices, striking the same note and producing a vibration that rings a doorbell to open the doorway to the cell."

Poet Cathie Guzetta summarized this science best when she wrote:

"The forms of snowflakes and faces of flowers may take on their shape because they are responding to some sound in nature. Likewise, it is possible that crystals, plants, and human beings may be, in some way, music that has taken on visible form."

How Did The Solfeggio Frequencies Get Lost?

I discovered that these powerful frequencies had been given to the church many years ago for a very spiritual purpose. This was back when the church was a wonderful place for the people in the villages to gather together. The church served as a social, political, and spiritual place. People came to Mass, which at that time, was done in Latin (until Vatican II came along). When people sing in Latin or musical tones, it is very powerful, because it gets through all of the limited thought forms, and into deeper levels of the subconscious accessing insights beyond belief systems.

As described above by Dr. Candice Pert, PhD, energy and vibration go all the way to the molecular level. She states that we have 70 different receptors on the molecules and when vibration and frequency reaches that far they begin to vibrate. Moreover, she observed, "as they begin to vibrate they sort of touch each other, and tickle each other, and they play and mount each other." It's this whole energetic dance ritual, at the cellular level, that opens the chromosomes and exposes the DNA to the frequencies. When we do toning, drumming, chanting, or tuning forks it can be a way to direct energy for transformational purposes.

Vibration and sound can be used, like most things, either with positive intention or negative intention. Used negatively, it's nothing more than control and manipulation. Most of the world has been built upon control and manipulation by the way we communicate thru language. A lot of different texts, such as the Bible, talk about the importance of just making Sound whether it's chants, drumming, or speaking in tongues (such as the charismatic fundamentalists do), they are just different ways that people are accessing deeper levels of themselves. I suggest to you that the Solfeggio Tuning Forks are an even purer ways of doing that with positive intention.

When Dr. Joseph Puleo was researching the tones, he was directed to a Monsignor at a university in Spokane WA, who was head of the mediaeval department. Following a 20 minute conversation, the

"Can you decipher Mediaeval Latin?
Absolutely!
And you know the musical scale and everything?
Absolutely!
Well then, could you tell me what UT - queant laxis means?
After a brief pause, the Monsignor quipped, It's none of your business
Then he hung up."1

Additionally, as Dr. Puleo researched the tones further, he came across a book on Gregorian chants by Professor Emeritus Willi Apel who "argued that the chants being used today were totally incorrect, and undermined the spirit of the Catholic faith."1 Moreover, Professor Apel reported that "one-hundred fifty-two chants were apparently missing. The Catholic Church presumably "lost" these original chants. The chants were based on the ancient original scale of six musical notes called the Solfeggio."1 Trust me, nothing is lost, it's just neatly put away; however, they cannot hide from the masses what is energetically placed within the Soul.

According to Professor Willi Apel,1 "The orgin of what is now called Solfeggio...arose from a Mediaeval hymn to John the Baptist which has this peculiarity that the first six lines of the music commenced respectively on the first six successive notes of the scale, and thus the first syllable of each line was sung to a note one degree higher that the first syllable of the line that preceded it. By degrees these syllables became associated and identified with their respective notes and as each syllable ended in a vowel, they were found to be peculiatly adapted for vocal use. Hence "Ut" was artificially replaced by "Do." Guido of Arezzo was the first to adopt them in the 11th century, and Le Marie, a French musician of the 17th century added "Si" for the seventh note of the scale, in order to complete the series."

Further research states that, "Pope Johannes later became a saint - Saint Iohannes - and then the scale was changed. The seventh note "Si" was added from his name. "Si" later became "Ti." These changes significantly altered the frequencies sung by the masses. The alterations also weakened the spiritual impact of the Church's hymns. Because the music held mathmatic resonance, frequencies capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more "Godlike," the changes affected alterations in conceptual thought as well, further distancing humanity from God." In other words, whenever you sing a Psalm, it is music to the ears. But it was originally intended to be music for the soul as well or the "secret ear." Thus by changing the notes, high matrices of thought and to a great extent well being, was squelched. Now it is time to recover these missing notes."1

I'd heard of do, re, me, fa, so, la, ti, do. I particularly responded to it whenever I hear that song by Julie Andrews from "The Sound of Music." I literally have a "brain cell firing" as it is engraved into my brain, and I see her coming over the mountain in the movie. I didn't realize this was actually a second, modified scale. The original Solfeggio scale was actually: UT, RE, MI, FA, SO, LA.

Looking at the definitions of each of the original syllables, using hidden entries from Webster's Dictionary and the Original Greek Apocrypha, I have determined that these original frequencies can be used for: Turning grief to joy, helping the person connect with their Source to bring forth miracles, DNA repair, connecting with spiritual family, solving situations & becoming more intuitive, and, finally, returning to spiritual order.2 Through music these tones can assist all the channels in staying open and keep the life force (the Chi) literally flowing thru the Chakra System quite freely. Is this is what the six electro-magnetic frequencies were to accomplish that were put into "lost" hymns and Gregorian chants?

I think we are living in a tremendously wonderful time, and rather than seeing the glass as "half empty," I see it as "half full." Rather than accepting "CNN's perspective" of the world view, it's about finding perspective thru the vision of your own heart. It is about change and transformation of mankind to the next level of evolution. We, as Spiritual Light Workers, have made ourselves accessible at this time, by Divine Appointment, to be here to help those in humanity who choose (it's all based upon irrevocable choice) to stay, or to go. Those who have chosen to stay will come into our lives, and we have already agreed to assist them.

It's all about assisting other people. It's not to be their "Healer," but to assist them in knowing who they are and connecting with their true Source. It is about providing an atmosphere of non-judgement, a Sacred Space, for the purpose of healing themselves. We should be continuously teaching while assisting people. The old paradigm teaches us to keep the information among the professionals. The new paradigm is to share the information, and empower the client. Everyone you work with whether it's Reiki, Massage, Tuning Forks or other modalities you are using, you should feel that you've empowered that person, so they can extend this information to someone else. Healing has become about our evolution by reconnecting our additional strands of DNA. Healing is also about assisting the person in restoring themselves to a state of "Spiritual Wholeness."

The 3, 6, and 9

As we look at the six original Solfeggio frequencies, using the Pythagorean method, we find the base or root vibrational numbers are 3,6, & 9. Nicola Tesla tells us, and I quote: "If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe."

John Keely, an expert in electromagnetic technologies, wrote that the vibrations of "thirds, sixths, and ninths, were extraordinarily powerful." In fact, he proved the "vibratory antagonistic thirds was thousands of times more forceful in separating hydrogen from oxygen in water than heat." In his "Formula of Aqueous Disintegration" he wrote that, "molecular dissociation or disintegration of both simple and compound elements, whether gaseous or solid, a stream of vibratory antagonistic thirds, sixths, or ninths, on their chord mass will compel progressive subdivisions. In the disintegration of water the instrument is set on thirds, sixths, and ninths, to get the best effects."

In the book of Genesis it states that there are six days of creation. Yet many talk about the creation week or seven days, and the Christian Bible views the number seven as the number of completeness. Why Seven? It is due to the influence of the Near Eastern culture at the time in which Jesus lived, when it was believed that there were only seven planets.

When wrestling with adding a 7th number, I was mystically drawn to an article in Discover Magazine. In his newest book, Just Six Numbers, Rees argues that six numbers underlie the fundamental physical properties of the universe, and that each is the precise value needed to permit life to flourish. In laying out this premise, he joins a long, intellectually daring line of cosmologists and astrophysicists (not to mention philosophers, theologians, and logicians) stretching all the way back to Galileo, who presume to ask: Why are we here? As Rees puts it, "These six numbers constitute a recipe for the universe." He adds that if any one of the numbers were different "even to the tiniest degree, there would be no stars, no complex elements, no life." (From Discovery Magazine). As some authors have speculated, could these tones have played a role in the miraculous shattering of Jericho's great wall in six days before falling on the seventh day? Some scientists are now stating that if we have been created, we most likely would have been sung into existence. Is it possible that the six days of creation mentioned in Genesis represent six fundamental frequencies that underlie the universe? Religious scholars believe both events occurred as a result of sounds being spoken or played.

Other scientists, including the geniuses Nikola Tesla, Raymond Rife, as well as Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, and Chladni, all must have known about, and used the concept of, the inherent power of threes, sixes, and nines. So we are dealing with three powerful numbers: 3-6-9. Everyone of the six Solfeggio Tuning Forks all add up, individually to the Pythagorean scheme of 3-6-9. In fact, because there are two sets of 3-6-9 (anagrams) in the solfeggio, they are even more powerful as these combinations serve as "portals" to other dimensions!

Just Intonation 12 Tone Equal Temperament

As I observed earlier, another reason these Ancient Solfeggio frequencies became "lost" was because of the change in tuning practices throughout history. The standard tuning method for the past 200 years is quite different from the tuning practices dating from antiquity through about the 16th century A.D. These ancient tuning practices used a system of tuning known as Just Intonation. The tuning practice adopted for western cultures during the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, and used today, is known as Twelve-Tone Equal Temperament. The explanation of the fundamentals of these tuning systems is far too complex for this agenda, but the following quote from a book written by David B. Doty, titled The Just Intonation Primer, should give an idea of the confinement that music has been relegated to. "Essentially, music has been placed in a box of limitations" as the result of the rigidity imposed by the Twelve-Tone Equal Temperament tuning standards in use today.

"Although it is difficult to describe the special qualities of Just (Intonation) intervals to those who have never heard them, words such as clarity, purity, smoothness, and stability come readily to mind. The supposedly consonant intervals and chords of (12-Tone) Equal Temperament, which deviate from simple rations to varying degrees, sound rough, restless, or muddy in comparison."

Just Intonation can be found in many of the great Fathers of Classical Music Beethoven and Hyden, just to name a few. They did not use this 12-tone temperament and I think that is why we have a richer experience when we hear music that was composed several hundred years ago. Classical Music based on Just Intonation gives us a different rapport with time and space and brings us into our higher chakras.

Native American chanting is many times based on Just Intonation. The chanting seems to sound monotone, but we are finding out that within the monotone sound is multi-dimensional harmonics.

How these different types of tones affect our health

Consequently, since all music in our contemporary world (from commercials, to modern hymns and symphonies) has been composed utilizing the 12-Tone Equal Temperament Scale, they all have vibrational limits. As a result, vibrational frequency of the tones of modern music can create situations such as "boxed-in thinking," stuffed and suppressed emotions; and fear-based " lack" consciousness all of which then tend to manifest into physical symptoms of "dis-ease."

This is in contrast to music created from the Ancient Solfeggio Scale, which stimulates the vibration of expanded creativity, easier problem solving and holistic health.

Again, it should be noted that although there are contemporary notes that approximate the Solfeggio tones, they are not the same frequencies as the ancient tones. Example: The Solfeggio tone, Mi. vibrates to 528 Hz. The closest, comparable, contemporary tone is C, above Middle C, which vibrates at 512 Hz. Our research indicates that the vibrational frequencies contained in the Solfeggio tones hold these original healing potentials.
